For over 15 years, Allen Burchett has lead large global strategic projects with pursuits spanning across industries and geographies. These projects provide customer value in the areas of power, automation and infrastructure. Allen is based in NC and has served in previous roles that focused on driving growth in Oil, Gas and Chemicals. Prior to this, Allen led organic and inorganic strategic initiatives that enabled companies to achieve growth plans in North America. These initiatives spanned several market segments including Smart Grid, Wind, Solar, Energy Efficiency, Rail, US Federal Government and Datacenters. He also led a Business Development Team in North America and was responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions.
Allen is an Experienced Global Leader with a demonstrated history of delivering growth across varied market segments. He is skilled in Strategy, Execution, Business Planning, M&A, Operations Management and International Business. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he earned his BS in Engineering. Allen has completed Executive Leadership courses at Duke University and international business management courses at International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne. Allen has been active on several Boards and Advisory Committees including: Advisory Board for Advanced Energy for WVU, The Wake County Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Business Advisory Board, the North Carolina Solar Advisory Board, Wake Tech Electrical Advisory Board, and the Research Triangle Park Cleantech Cluster Board of Directors. He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
